Job Summary

This demanding role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to our success by providing seamless support to our Chief Customer and Commercial Officer and Chief Technology Officer based in Melbourne.

The Executive Assistant will manage complex executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. They will prepare strategic presentations, manage email campaigns, handle expenses, and support event execution. This role requires anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure our executives operate at their highest level.

In addition to executive support, this role ensures the smooth operation of our office environment across multiple Melbourne locations. Responsibilities include overseeing office supplies, managing catering for meetings, and being the first point of contact for any office-related needs, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workspace.

Requirements

We seek an experienced, detail-focused Executive Assistant with experience providing support at the executive level, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is essential.

This person should demonstrate initiative in previous roles and professionalism needed at this senior level. As a proactive team member, they will maintain office cleanliness, supply management, and ad-hoc site requirements, bringing a can-do attitude to succeed in this role.
