About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Manager to join our team in a key leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Executive Office of the Chief Information Officer in driving Technology & Operations' executive governance, strategic priorities, addressing operational and cost challenges, and building cross-functional muscle and cohesion across T&O domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support executive governance for Executive Office of the CIO by drafting Board, ELT papers, monitoring T&O scorecard performance and risks.
  • Drive strategic priorities that support the Technology & Operations (T&O) vision.
  • Proactively identify and define new transformational performance/cost opportunities for T&O.
  • Collaborate and 'quarterback' cross-functionally across teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Create and tailor presentations to communicate complex technology, operational or financial problems and themes.
  • Build financial and analytical models to test hypotheses, measure impact, and develop sound recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in Management Consulting or Product/Corporate Strategy equivalent roles.
  • Deep experience in financial management, portfolio, and operational reporting.
  • Experience in operational and financial forecasting processes, cost modelling, analysis/analytics.
  • Good working knowledge in portfolio project tools and reporting.
  • Previous experience working in large corporate project delivery functions.
