Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Network Access Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our network access planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage scheduled outages to minimize disruption to our network.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance network accuracy and customer experience.
  • Maintain high performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in an operational or planning role within the electrical industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strong understanding of electricity distribution networks and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience managing complex challenges.
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards, including the Code of Practice on Electrical Safety.
