Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage trades during the building/construction process for buildings damaged by insurable events
  • Communicate and negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
  • Liaise between customers and insurance companies
  • Assist in organizing contracts, processing quotes, and updating variations
  • Coordinate access to properties with customers
  • Ensure all relevant inspections, certificates, and documentation is signed off
  • Work closely with estimators and on-site supervisors
  • Complete financial cost reporting on your projects
  • Undertake dispute/issue resolution, as required
  • Ensure all work conforms to legislative and contractual WHS requirements
  • Support and assist the administration team
