At UMENCO, we are currently seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to join our team at a time of great growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can drive our logistics operations forward.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of products, and overseeing warehouse operations. Key aspects of the job include:

  • Logistics Planning: Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, minimizing lead times and costs.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, implement inventory control systems, and conduct regular stocktakes.
  • Warehouse Operations: Manage the efficient use of warehouse space, ensure accurate storage and retrieval of products, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar logistics or operations management position.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of logistics software, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
