About the Role

As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and ensuring that we meet customer expectations while maintaining a compliant and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team, including planning and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coach, support, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, particularly safety protocols.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL environment. You should also possess strong safety awareness, good communication skills, and computer literacy. A forklift license is an added advantage.
