The Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and deadlines.
  • Coach, support, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a third-party logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software systems.
