Strategic Partnership Manager

The SAP Premium Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering long-term partnerships between SAP and its customers. This role is responsible for delivering SAP Premium Engagement services to customers in Australia, ensuring that customers realize the expected value and outcomes from their investment in SAP technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business, organization, strategy, and IT roadmap.
- Own the SAP Premium Engagement services contract and its successful renewal, setting up the engagement and its governance, developing and scoping service plans, resourcing and project-managing services delivery, achieving customer outcomes, and managing contract financials and renewal activities.
- Drive the resolution of top risks and issues and critical customer escalations, engaging appropriate customer and partner stakeholders, SAP product support, Engineering teams, and De-Escalation experts as necessary.
- Owning customer satisfaction and referenceability, aligning and triggering customer surveys, actioning feedback from survey results, and acting as a customer advocate within the SAP organization.
- Contribute to the overall account strategy as part of the Virtual Account Team, identifying growth opportunities, participating in account planning, and working collaboratively across all SAP teams engaged on the account.
- Prepare and present value realization and operational status reports to the customer and perform the associated internal reporting and governance activities.

You will also have a good understanding of the underlying business software and Cloud technologies and business models. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Science, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
