- This full-time position involves managing the team, providing operational support to partners and managers, and overseeing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth operation of the office, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle incoming and outgoing mail/email.
- Coordinate with the ATO for lodgements and reporting purposes.
- Manage client portal and reporting, including compilation of BAS, tax returns, and financial statements via MYOB.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as minute-taking, preparing trust distribution minutes, and binding documents.
About You:
- Mandatory 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an accounting practice.
- Demonstrated competence in decision-making within areas of responsibility.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
