The Role

This fast-paced role reports directly into our Chief Transformation & Sustainability Officer, providing exceptional support.

You will be empowered to own this role and drive sync between teams with competing priorities.

  • Create and manage agendas, team-wide PowerPoint packs, time keeping and following up on actions for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings.
  • Manage team offsites and onsite events including venue/room booking, catering and activities.
  • Arrange international and interstate travel, accommodation and itineraries where required.
  • Ensure your executives have appropriate recommendations and information prior to any approvals/meetings.
  • Reconcile corporate credit cards and expenses and develop and maintain filing and administrative systems.
  • Collaborate with the EA community for company-wide events.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on behalf of the executives where appropriate.
