**About the Role**

As a Client Solutions Director, you will play a critical role in building and managing a strong sales pipeline, overseeing bid strategies, and coordinating RFP responses to drive business growth. You will act as a brand ambassador, strengthening WTW's reputation in the market through networking, client meetings, and industry engagement.

You will partner with business leaders, placement specialists, and client management teams to lead new business opportunities through to a win. Your ability to adopt WTW sales best-practice processes and methodologies will ensure a consistent, 'One WTW' client experience.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the commercial risk/insurance or professional services industry. A strong understanding of CRM tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics, is also essential.

Our estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 per annum.
