Customer Success Representative

At Appetise, we're revolutionizing the way food companies understand their shoppers. Our mission is to provide real-time insights into consumer behavior, empowering food brands to make informed decisions and drive sustainable growth.
As a Sales and Partnerships Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving our outbound sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with our future customers. You'll work closely with our founder and CEO to close deals and contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong prospecting pipeline, identifying new leads and business opportunities
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to engage with potential prospects
- Closely collaborate with our customer success team to ensure a smooth handover of new customers
- Represent Appetise's brand and values in all interactions with our customers
- Continuously seek feedback and improve our sales processes to drive growth and revenue
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or FMCG Sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to seeking feedback and improving processes
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions within the company
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, with an OTE of up to $200,000
