This is an exciting opportunity to join Valiant, a leading company in the Australian finance sector, as a Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for connecting small business owners with funding options from over 85+ lenders, including the four major banks.

With a strong focus on customer relationships and revenue growth, this role offers uncapped commissions and a realistic OTE of $100K+. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development of new processes and help drive the company's growth forward.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or phone-based sales. They will be results-driven, motivated to achieve targets, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Settling warm inbound opportunities and prospecting a nurture book of previously settled clients

  • Consistently delivering excellent service to a large pipeline of qualified customers
