Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a professional to fill the position of Donor Services Officer. This role is responsible for providing data and information to assist stakeholders in developing needed reports and analysis.

The successful candidate will have experience with customer service, data research, and business intelligence software. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Club, District or Regional leaders in accessing and understanding reports
  • Assist the Foundation and Finance teams with answering Foundation data questions
  • Resolving any recognition-related system issues or escalate to Foundation Research as appropriate and monitor resolution
  • Frequently liaising with the Finance team to ensure that contribution and recognition data is accurate and consistent
  • Assisting the Finance team in collecting donor information to be able to process donations from fundraising events/campaigns
  • Creating any needed/requested queries, reports, and analytics from donor data to gain fundraising insights, and provide assistance to Club & District leaders in their fundraising efforts
  • Organising the Foundation team's articles for the Office's monthly newsletter
  • Regulating personal workload to ensure rapid response rate as defined by management
  • Engaging in teamwork and actively contribute to internal workgroups
