Job Title: Fundraising and Partnerships Specialist

In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in securing commitments from major individual donors and philanthropic foundations. You will drive fundraising success by executing targeted donor engagement strategies and high-quality communications. Your primary responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of donors, developing and implementing plans to meet targets, strengthening relationships with donors and grant partners, and maintaining accurate data.

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Design and implement effective strategies to secure and grow philanthropic grants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and grant partners to foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five years of experience in a relationship fundraising role.
  • Demonstrated success in building, cultivating, and stewarding new relationships.
  • Proven knowledge of major gift fundraising principles and practices.
  • Excellent organisational and events execution skills.
