Job Title:

Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, the Donor Relations Specialist plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our constituents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing records, following up on required updates, and maintaining accurate data in our Salesforce database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize donor incoming calls to upsell for further contribution and partnership opportunities.
  • Manage constituent records and ensure timely follow-up on all required updates.
  • Record donor and sponsor payments, update payment methods, and resolve declined donations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service duties, including resolving issues, answering questions, and sending necessary information.
  • Develop innovative ideas to enhance our customer service experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Some fundraising or marketing experience is preferred.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English; Arabic speaking is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to implement production processes strategically.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with database management software such as Salesforce.
  • Persuasive and articulate communicator, comfortable on the telephone with stakeholders.

Travel Requirements:

  • Must be available for travel throughout Australia.
