At Salt Recruitment, we're seeking a skilled Event Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that drive new customer acquisition and increased engagement with current customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-paced environment filled with highly talented team members who are all fueled by the passion to succeed. You'll have the potential to travel around Australia for events and enjoy a 12-month contract with the potential to extend or convert to FTE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all aspects of events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Develop and execute event strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Execute virtual events using our software platform, and manage Q&A, and audience interaction.
  • Utilise data and analytics to measure the success of events and make data-driven decisions for future events.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years in event planning and execution.
  • Experience with ON24 or similar platforms for virtual events.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or relevant experience in this field.
