Marketing and Events Coordinator

Monster Energy is a leading energy drink brand that fuels active lifestyles. We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to lead event planning, market research, and sales efforts in the Australian market. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for generating trial of our products among consumers and supporting sales efforts through event sampling.
You will assist with lead generation, develop and strengthen key accounts relationships, increase market knowledge, and build centers of influence networks.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training Monster Ambassadors team members. Provide consistent direction, coaching, and communication to maintain brand accuracy in the Monster brand experiences and sampling.
- Operations Management: Supervise operations and equipment in local markets. Maintain company assets (storage facilities, inventory, vehicles, equipment).
- Market Research: Execute strategic directions and manage goals for assigned regions/markets. Build vendor and venue relationships. Generate sales opportunity leads.
- Inventory Control: Maintain inventory control for sales and promotional events.
- Project Management: Plan and manage all aspects of the event planning process: pre, during, and post duties including personnel, product delivery/distribution, transportation, supplies, contracts, insurance, permits.
- Educational Background: Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field of study.
- Experience: Between 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Promotional.
- Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning and managing resources. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, generous paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
