About the Role

MinterEllison is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Events Consultant to join our Sydney office. As a key member of our national Brand and Marketing team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality events and activities that support our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics, invitations, registrations, and communications.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Support the Sydney Office Managing Partner and Industry teams in planning and delivery of impactful events and activities.
  • Ensure event processes, calendars, budgets, and protocols are followed.
  • Assist national Marketing and Events team-members with delivery of in-person and digital events.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, public relations, or event management, or suitable relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in event management in a high-volume, corporate environment.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills, including ability to handle conflicting deadlines and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage digital, video conferencing platforms, and hybrid events.
