About the Role

We're seeking a Sales and Member Engagement Consultant to join our team. As an MSC, you'll be the driving force behind the success of Fitness First, interacting with members daily and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving membership growth through outreach activities, generating high-quality sales leads, and maximising sales opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring member retention, and creating positive member journeys
  • Achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to club sales budgets
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A problem-solving mindset, providing solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
  • Strong communication skills, able to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
  • Drive and goal-focus, continuously looking for new ways to excel yourself
  • A team player, able to rally through challenging times and celebrate personal and team success
  • Customer focus, building rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals
What We Offer

We offer a competitive package including:

  • A base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
