Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Fitness Consultant to join our team at Balwyn club as a Member Experience Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base by inspiring members to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Responsibilities- Sales and Membership Growth: Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns, generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identifying new business opportunities.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service and achieve successful customer outcomes on the reception desk, create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions, and inspire members to continue their fitness journey.
- Team Collaboration: Active involvement in member retention programs, regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, and recommend club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.
- You hold current First Aid & CPR certificates and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
- You have the ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles, tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals, and a customer-focused mindset.
A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super, a complimentary all-access Goodlife membership, anniversary leave days, and an additional free gym membership for friends and family as part of our recognition for service awards.
