A high-end sales consultant is required to join our esteemed team at Frontline Recruitment. As a specialist in menswear, particularly suiting, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion and knowledge of luxury fashion.

About the Role:

  • We are offering a competitive salary of $82K plus super and profit share for this position.
  • You will be responsible for showcasing exceptional knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on men's suiting.
  • Provide personalized styling consultations and recommendations to clients, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Drive sales targets and meet or exceed set goals through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with men's suiting or a similar retail environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • A passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for style, with a deep understanding of global and current trends, industry standards, and competitors offering.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the role are executed at a high level.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the demands of the retail schedule.
