The Role

You will be the cornerstone of guidance and support for our Franchise Partners within your region.

  • Support Franchise Partners to improve the financial (sales and profitability) and operational performance of their business.
  • Ensure your region achieves key KPIs in line with benchmarks and best practices.
  • Deliver outstanding Guest experiences across your region, with impressive reviews.
  • Be the bridge between Support Office and Franchise Partners, ensuring policies are followed and issues are resolved in a respectful and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance to brand standards is achieved within your region.
  • Execute roll outs, marketing promotions, and LTOs to the highest standards with 100% adoption rates.
  • Drive engagement among Franchise Partners and team members.
  • Assist Franchise Partners in designing and executing local area marketing initiatives in conjunction with the LAM team.
  • Coach Franchise Partners and their teams to achieve success.
  • Organise meetings that constructively engage Franchise Partners/Restaurant Managers and encourage a two-way flow of ideas and information;
  • Grow your region by developing a strong bench of multi-unit Franchise Partners and supporting new Franchise Partners to achieve success with New Restaurant Openings.

This role requires extensive time spent in restaurants and will initially involve travel as you manage multiple states. We do our best work when we're out in restaurants alongside our Franchise Partners and their teams.

Qualifications
  • Substantial business experience, managing multi-site franchised businesses
  • Strong focus on Guest satisfaction
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with various stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong financial acumen, experience with P&L's and budgets
  • Proven experience achieving KPIs and maximising profit
  • Ability to drive operational excellence across your region
