Regional Growth Manager

Cynet is expanding into Australia and New Zealand, creating a new opportunity for a skilled Territory Manager to lead market entry and drive sales growth in the region.

This long-term individual contributor (IC) role will focus on building revenue and regional presence, with potential for growth into a leadership position as the territory scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Cynet's go-to-market strategy in ANZ
  • Identify, develop, and close new business, direct and via partners
  • Build relationships with MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, and Distributors
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

Requirements:

  • Proven success launching and growing a new territory, ideally in cybersecurity startups
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Deep knowledge of the MSP, MSSP, VAR, and Distributor ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable as the first hire in-region
  • Excellent communication and strategic skills
