Regional Business Growth Leader

This role is responsible for empowering franchisees to optimise their businesses and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have solid business experience, managing multi-site franchised businesses, strong Guest focus, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proven influencing and negotiation skills.
- Support Franchise Partners to improve financial and operational performance
- Ensure key KPIs are achieved in line with benchmarks and best practice
- Deliver outstanding Guest experience across the region
- Be the conduit between Support Office and Franchise Partners, resolving issues in a respectful and timely manner
- Ensure compliance to brand standards and execute marketing promotions with high standards
- Drive Franchise Partner and team member engagement
- Coach Franchise Partners and their teams to achieve success
- Organise and conduct meetings that engage Franchise Partners/ Restaurant Managers and encourage a two-way flow of ideas and information;
- Grow the region by developing a strong bench of multi-unit Franchise Partners and supporting new Franchise Partners to achieve success with New Restaurant Openings
