The role of the Assistant Director of Business Development is pivotal in driving business growth strategy in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global and regional business development plans to achieve market penetration and meet annual sales targets.
- Manage forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure accurate metrics and reporting on progress against targets.
- Build relationships with external partners and key accounts to position our business as their preferred option.
- Lead a culturally diverse, geographically spread business development team to drive high performance and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven sales ability.
- Fluent English speaker (minimum C1 level).
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Proficient in standard IT software packages, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
- Language fluency.
- Knowledge of digital and consumer marketing.
- International sales/marketing experience.
