As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced, dynamic team, working closely with our partners to ensure safe, successful, and sustainable outcomes.
The Role:
Reporting to the Critical Incident Desk Supervisor, this permanent opportunity offers a motivated and customer-centric individual the chance to take their career to the next level.
You will be responsible for effectively managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, resolving and escalating incidents logged by our customers, and ensuring swift and efficient service while adhering to agreed service levels and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve and escalate incidents as needed.
- Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to service levels and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a helpdesk or call centre environment.
- Exceptional customer service focus and strong communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
