We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Claims Coordinator to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolutions. With a strong focus on delivering outstanding results, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to achieve this goal.

Australian dollars $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

About the Role

As a Senior Claims Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for claimants, employers, and medical professionals. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of claims from intake to finalisation;
  • Conducting investigations and assessments to determine entitlements and provide support to injured workers;
  • Communicating effectively with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to ensure seamless claim resolution;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives;

We offer a comprehensive 10-week training program to ensure your success in this role. Our training program covers the life cycle of a workers' compensation claim, support available to assist an injured worker with their recovery, and how to manage entitlements to medical treatment and weekly payments.

About You

To succeed as a Senior Claims Coordinator, you will need:

  • Extensive administration experience, preferably in a similar role;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively;
  • Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions;
