Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Advisor, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to employees across various aspects of their employment lifecycle.


About The Role

The Senior Employee Services Advisor will collaborate with the Employee Services Manager to resolve complex enquiries, identify payroll errors, and implement corrective actions to ensure accurate employee payments and database integrity.


Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality transactional tasks in the HR system (SAP) across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract renewals, salary adjustments, and offboarding.
  • Process changes in employee information, such as personal details, parental leave, car parking deductions, and salary packaging deductions.
  • Calculate salary rates, leave entitlements, severance payments, allowances, and variations to salary.
  • Administer employee applications, including parental leave, long service leave, and purchased leave.

Requirements
  • Contemporary knowledge of SAP or similar HR processing systems, preferably in healthcare.
  • Understanding of Doctors in Training (DiT) and Senior Medical Staff (SMS) Enterprise Agreements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and passion for service excellence.
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources, healthcare, or related field highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment with short deadlines and experience in workforce planning.
