Software Lifecycle Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Lifecycle Specialist to join our Client Success team. This role involves managing the software agreement lifecycle for our clients, with a primary focus on Cisco.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Cisco Software Programs, technology, and key licensing schemes. They will also have experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment.

The Software Lifecycle Specialist will work to maximize NTT Data's profitability through vendor programmatic funding mechanisms.

About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level position.
  • The role is full-time and based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information technology and experience working in IT services and consulting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the software agreement lifecycle for clients, with a primary focus on Cisco.
  • Build and nurture internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Advocate and advise clients throughout the duration of their agreement.
  • Work to maximize NTT Data's profitability through vendor programmatic funding mechanisms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Cisco Software Programs, technology, and key licensing schemes.
  • Experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment.
  • Knowledge of vendor technology and ability to link this knowledge to NTT Data's service portfolio.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to interpret a client's business strategy and objectives.
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills.
