Job Title: Application Lifecycle Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the software agreement lifecycle for our clients, with a primary focus on Cisco.

  • This role involves building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert advice and support throughout the duration of their agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • A strong understanding of Cisco Software Programs, technology, and licensing schemes to facilitate effective client discussions.
  • Knowledge of other software vendors' solutions and an ability to interpret client business strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across client organizations.
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and questioning skills.
