We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Software Lifecycle Expert. This position is part of our Client Success team at NTT DATA, focusing on managing software agreements and advocating for clients.

About the Role
  • This Software Lifecycle Expert will play a crucial role in managing software agreement lifecycles for our clients, with a primary focus on Cisco.
  • The ideal candidate will build and nurture internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clients realize value from their investments.
  • The expert will work to maximize profitability through vendor programmatic funding mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
  • A strong understanding of Cisco Software Programs, technology, and key licensing schemes is required.
  • The candidate should have knowledge and understanding of other software vendors' solutions, as well as seasoned experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment.
  • Experience with agreement lifecycle stages and proactive engagement with clients to support Sales Specialists achieve on-time renewals and maximize growth opportunities is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across client organizations, and interpret clients' business strategies and objectives to understand opportunities for NTT Data solutions and services are also required.
  • Knowledge of vendor technology, including core functionality & features, and ability to link this knowledge to NTT Data's service portfolio, as well as strong consultative and negotiation skills are necessary.
