We are seeking a dynamic professional to provide administrative support for the employment lifecycle.

The role will work collaboratively within the People and Culture team and provide support to employment, recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and other organisational development activities.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Displaying strong communication skills with sound judgment.

- Providing support and technical advice to own portfolio; and escalating issues to the Manager OD and/or the People Partner as appropriate.

- Supporting the delivery and execution of the organisational strategy and developing and delivering on the Strategic Workforce Plan.

Key Responsibilities/Performance Outcomes:

- Working within an ethically and legally sound framework. Ensuring responsibilities are undertaken in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures, Code of Conduct, and applicable legislation.

- Possessing Information Technology (IT) skills that are commensurate with the requirements of the role. SAP, Microsoft Office, eMercury.

- Supporting organisational development projects including coordinating the Reward and Recognition program, administrative support for training, and the Mylearning system; and the performance review process for staff.

- Responding to queries on People and Culture policies, procedures, Award/E A provisions, leave management, legislation, etc.

- Administering recruitment and onboarding, change in conditions, and termination process. Providing training to staff on system processes to complete these tasks.

- Producing and/or distributing employee lifecycle correspondence, e.g., letters of appointment, any changes to employees' terms and conditions, including support process to document extended leave, parental leave, etc.

- Responsible for managing new employee documentation and compilation of files.

- Supporting the return to work for staff, coordinating with the worker, manager, medical professionals, and insurer. Implementing Injury Management plans in collaboration with all required participants.

- Processing all required documentation for WorkCover Claim.

- Liaising with the workers' compensation insurer and payroll to coordinate appropriate compensation payments.
