We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team in Geelong. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing quality services and safeguards to our participants, with a focus on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing quality care services, implementing behavioral strategy supports, and building rapport with participants. A current First Aid & CPR Certificate and Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent are essential requirements.
