Oceania Ground Force is a leading provider of ground handling services to the aviation industry, operating across 14 locations in Australia and the Pacific.

As an Airport Ground Crew member at Oceania Ground Force, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft operations. This includes performing bagroom functions, loading and unloading baggage and freight, managing aircraft receipt and dispatch procedures, executing aircraft pushback operations safely, providing essential water and waste services, and operating ground service equipment on the ramp.

This role offers competitive pay rates, with an estimated hourly base rate of $25.40 exclusive of shift penalties and superannuation. To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Driver's License (including Provisional License), ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment), capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment), flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays, capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day, and ability to work shifts spanning 05:00 - 23:00.
