Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our hospitality team at Bupa Ballina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their health, lifestyle, and well-being are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene across all areas of the care home.
  • Ensure accurate completion of required documentation and reporting.
  • Respond promptly to resident queries and requests, providing empathetic and personalized support.
  • Perform laundry duties, including loading washers and dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping, or ironing linen.
  • Contribute to catering and food services, assisting with basic food preparation, serving meals and snacks, clearing dining areas, and dishwashing.
  • Clean and maintain the residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal, and living areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in cleaning or catering is preferred but not essential.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts throughout the week.
  • A strong understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices, with the ability to work independently.
