About the Role

Oceania Ground Force is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative - Airport to join our team at Ballina Airport.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers. Your key responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, ensuring travel documents meet requirements, assigning seats, preparing and issuing boarding passes, managing baggage, and handling passenger marshalling and disruption management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly at check-in.
  • Process and verify travel documents.
  • Assign seats and issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers.
  • Assist with gate boarding procedures.
  • Marshal passengers and manage disruptions as needed.
