We are seeking a Senior Community Banking Manager to lead our Multi-Channel Branch in Charters Towers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and enhancing the financial wellbeing of our customers.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Senior Community Banking Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with general banking transactions, answering questions, and queries
  • Building personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations face-to-face and through direct channels
  • Working with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking options
  • Completing Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs
  • Processing applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products
  • Using tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive improvement
