About the Role
The Estate Planning & Administration division is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide key contact for customers and stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service and administrative support to Wills and Estate Planning regional teams.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in providing administrative support services, including word processing, data entry, and preparing correspondence and meeting papers.
- Knowledge of the key services provided by the Division.
- Ability to learn new applications and processes.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing interests and deadlines.
Essential Requirements
- Willingness to have phone calls and team email accounts monitored for quality assurance and training purposes.
- Up to date COVID-19 vaccination status.
