Property Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team in Parramatta, NSW.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting our National Property and Asset Management teams. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for accounts payable (AP) invoice processing, providing support regarding the use of the AP systems, and monitoring a high-volume, centralized inbox to address queries.
You will review and correct scanning and validation of all invoices into the AP systems, code invoices, handle invoice rejections, match purchase orders to invoices when processing, and liaise with the wider Property and Asset Management team to validate purchase orders and processing.
You will also assist with support queries for the AP system, perform monthly audits and reporting to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, and undertake general administration tasks and ad-hoc requests as determined by your team leader.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and correct scanning and validation of all invoices into the AP systems
- Coding of invoices and handling invoice rejections
- Matching purchase orders to invoices when processing
- Liaising with the wider Property and Asset Management team to validate purchase orders and processing
- Assisting with support queries for the AP system
- Monthly audits and reporting to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
- General administration tasks and ad-hoc requests as determined by your team leader
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer service and time management skills, a genuine passion to work in the property industry, and the ability to think laterally, accommodate change, and prioritize work.
You will also require strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as computer and basic accounting literacy – MRI experience is preferred.
What We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of AUD 55,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including access to exclusive corporate discounts through our WHEREFIT partnership.
