About the role
The Customer Service and Administrative Officer will be a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Estate Planning and Administration division.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to enquiries and providing information to customers and stakeholders
- Delivering administrative support to the Wills and Estate Planning regional teams
- Providing data entry, word processing, and other administrative services
- Maintaining electronic and physical records and files
- Supporting meetings and events
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a human services environment
- Experience in supporting the promotion of service offerings that improve commercial viability
- Ability to learn new applications and processes
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise competing interests and deadlines
