About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Sous Chef to join our team at a 4.5-star hotel on the NSW South Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operations of 3 kitchens, including restaurant, bar, café, and room service.
  • Manage a large brigade, ensuring high standards across all areas.
  • Support the Group Culinary Director in driving culinary innovation and maintaining consistency.
  • Lead high-volume conferencing and events, including weddings and corporate functions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manage costs, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a large team.
