**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our Property team. This part-time role involves coordinating facility maintenance requests, managing work orders, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities for Kieser's clinics
  • Support the Senior Facilities Lead with tendering for planned maintenance
  • Manage work orders arising from facility audits and assist with standards improvement
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of tasks

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management
  • Knowledge of operations, industry best practices, and legislative requirements related to facilities management
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Valid driver's license

**Estimated Salary:** AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (part-time), depending on experience
