Revenue Enablement Specialist

Your RoleThis role is a key member of our Sales and Success teams, responsible for building strong relationships and reinforcing sales methodology. You will design and develop sales skills mentoring and coaching programs, conduct live training sessions, and support the team in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a sales methodology SME, enabling the sales team to understand Command of the Message and Value Selling methodology.
- Design, develop, and maintain sales skills mentoring and coaching programs for all revenue responsible roles.
- Continuously monitor, assess, and improve training content and tools.
- Support sales and success teams with the customization of sales assets, such as decks, one-pagers, and emails.
- Research, implement, and guide the adoption of productivity tools and learning platforms.
- 2+ years of experience in learning, sales enablement, or a relevant client-facing role.
- BA Degree or above in Corporate Training, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Established as a strong influencer across organizations.
