Bid Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with the Bid Managers to produce high-quality content and design outcomes.
* Become a subject matter expert in the use of a new bid automation platform, including working with relevant stakeholders and training relevant teams.
* Work with the Content Executive to maintain and update the content library and bid guides.
* Assist with training of fee earners and practice assistants on bid enablement templates and resources.
* Assist with opportunity capture, reporting, and maintenance of bid content when required.
* Manage the legal directories process and support the business in preparing submissions.
Requirements:
* Previous bid/proposals experience, preferably in a B2B services firm.
* Strong writing, editing, and communications skills.
* Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and multitask to tight timeframes.
* Highest standard of quality - an eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to highest quality results.
* Highly developed skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) and experience in SharePoint desirable.
