The Position

This permanent full-time role is based in Melbourne and involves working closely with a professional talent team to contribute to Terra Firma's growth by successfully recruiting new employees. You will provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience while managing recruitment campaigns and undertaking strategic sourcing.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Industry Managers and other Terra Firma employees to understand the company and client businesses and requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining a qualified pipeline of candidates.
  • Conducting searches of the candidate database, LinkedIn Recruiter, and own network to identify potential candidates.
  • Developing job descriptions, candidate specifications, and interview guides.
  • Placing job advertisements and negotiating salaries with candidates to ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

The Ideal Candidate

An enthusiastic and proactive talent specialist with excellent communication skills who understands the importance of their role in the organisation. You should have a proven track record in IT recruitment, preferably including Business Analysts, Project Managers, Change Managers, Scrum Masters, and Architects.

You will also possess proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent, and internal ATSs, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
