Job Description

As an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the bridge between businesses and exceptional talent. Your responsibilities include:

  • Nurturing relationships with clients while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding client needs and providing strategic advice for the best candidate matches.
  • Negotiating terms and fees for mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
  • Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process.

The Successful Applicant
