Our focus is on delivering exceptional talent experiences, working with people leaders to attract and hire top talent in the market, and supporting internal talent development needs to ensure we have the right leadership to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- We are seeking a skilled professional to build strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing broad consultation and advice on prospective talent markets and competitor trends.
- Collaborate with executive People Leaders and Business Engagement Leads to understand executive talent requirements, strategically source, identify, and assess prospective talent through long- and short-listing and offer negotiation.
- Interview and assess prospective candidates against specific capabilities required for executive roles, writing high-quality candidate reports outlining key strengths, development areas, and areas to further probe.
- Support the development of existing and potential executive talent populations by coordinating, actioning, and evolving executive development programs, tools, and initiatives to aid their executive development and readiness.
- Represent Telstra effectively in the marketplace, presenting a comprehensive universe of qualified candidates while maintaining confidentiality throughout the search process.
- Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition delivery teams to discover new ways of working and share sourcing initiatives, driving continuous improvement of innovative recruitment strategies.

Telstra offers a competitive salary package including an estimated $120,000 - $150,000 base salary, dependent on experience and qualifications, as well as benefits such as flexibility in all roles, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and opportunities for career growth and development.
