We are seeking an exceptional HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Michael Page. As a key player in our rapid expansion plans, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing top talent, particularly in high-performing sales roles.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field and experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

You will lead the talent acquisition efforts, building a pipeline of sales professionals and essential corporate function support roles. This includes:

  • Talent Acquisition & Headhunting: Utilise tools like SEEK and LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source, attract, and engage candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions and posting roles to screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication.
  • Candidate Management & Interviews: Conduct pre-screening, manage interview scheduling, and liaise with hiring managers to identify top candidates.
  • Onboarding & Inductions: Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding experience to integrate new hires effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Develop our employer brand, promoting our unique culture and high-growth environment to attract top talent.
  • Craft outreach messages and employer branding initiatives to boost visibility and interest.
HR Support & Process Optimisation
  • Develop HR policies and procedures for effective HR practices.
  • Assist in performance management and support employee development programs.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and compliance initiatives as needed.

A successful HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
