About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team as an Engineering Operations Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically the Upper South Creek Network project, which will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret designs for implementation in construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to program requirements.
  • Monitor construction progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Track and report on cost, revenue, and productivity metrics, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Lead the management of company workforce onsite, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) degree from a reputable institution.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering civil Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants, Desalination Plants, Oil & Gas, or Pipelines projects.
  • A solid background in Mechanical/Electrical process engineering roles on a contract site capacity.
  • Previous work on a pre-contract position is desirable but not essential.
